Guiding Growing Minds to Confident Speech
Speech Sound Delays
Language Delays
Social Communication
I help children who have difficulty saying sounds clearly, including those with articulation issues, phonological delays, or motor speech challenges like Childhood Apraxia of Speech. The goal is to improve how your child is understood by others.
I support children who struggle to understand language (receptive language) or express themselves with words and sentences (expressive language), helping them build the skills they need to communicate and learn effectively.
I work with children who have trouble using language in social situations - like starting conversations, taking turns, or understanding body language, so they can build stronger connections with peers and adults.
Fluency (Stuttering)
I provide strategies to children and parent coaching to help children who stutter speak more smoothly and confidently, while also building self-esteem and comfort with communication.
Late Talkers
For toddlers who are slow to start talking, I offer early support to parents and toddlers to encourage language development and prevent long-term delays.
Cognitive Communication
I help children who have difficulties with thinking skills related to communication - like attention, memory, and problem-solving - that can impact learning and daily interactions.
Literacy
Augmentative & Alternative Communication
I support the development of early reading and writing skills, including phonological awareness, vocabulary, and comprehension, which are essential for school success.
I support children who have limited or no verbal speech find other ways to communicate, such as using pictures, devices, or gestures, so they can express themselves and be understood.
